Transitioning our tomatoes to Hand Sown Homegrown
John and I are mentoring and turning our entire tomato operation over to Jared Hankins and his fiance, Sara O'Keefe of Hand Sown Homegrown. They were small growers at the Poulsbo Farmers Market last year and are expanding their operation to 1 acre of their own growing lettuces, peas, etc. In addition, they are using all of our equipment, propogation, growing hoop houses, etc. to grow 40 varieties of heirloom and tasty tomato plants and tomatoes for our local farmers markets and chefs.
